Hey, my name is Ducky!
I am the Founder and CEO of Toasted Gear as well as a beloved Element owner, car mechanic, and avid adventurer!
It all started when I was 15 and was looking to buy my first car. After months of research and waiting, I scored a beautiful Atomic Blue Metallic 2006 EXP Element. From my first test drive, I knew I had found the perfect car. And it only got better from there – seats that fold, a built-in sub, floor mats that CANNOT BE HOSED OUT but are amazingly durable (lol).
Since I had always loved a project, I began looking into what modifications and add-ons people did to these silly toasters. As I began digging deeper, I found that there was a whole community of weirdos like me who were also obsessed with their Elements, so I quickly made an Instagram for my car, affectionately named “Miss Toast Malone.”
Fast forward 4 years, I have put 40k miles on Miss Malone, literally became a mechanic so I could make sure my E was getting the BEST care, grown over 1k followers on Instagram (still blows my mind!), done about every cheap mod there is (including many many cans of spray paint), and had so many wild Element adventures. But, by far my favorite thing has been the community. I have connected with a countless number of Element owners over social media and at in-person Element meetups. I have found such a diverse group of friends that I never would have known if it wasn’t for our silly little Toasters. And for that – I wanted to give back. So I started dreaming of a company that made all things Element…
