Returns
If there is something wrong with anything purchased from the TOASTED website, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer will be responsible to pay for the cost of shipping to return the item.

Exchanges
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’re here to help. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at toastedgear@gmail.com, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
To exchange your item for a different size or color, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once the item is received, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
